Altus Hospice is seeking Licensed Cosmetologist to cut and style hair for our patients. We decided to recruit Cosmetologist Volunteers to bring a smiles to our patients that were use to getting their hair done, but due to their current situations, they have been unable to get out. This has been a huge success!!!We currently have two stylist on our team, however; due to the increasing request from patients, we need more. Our patients are desiring a cut and style that is easy for them or their caregiver to manage. My desire is to have multiple stylist located all over so that we can always bring a smile to our patients. I know when I look good, it makes me feel better. So come join our team and share your craft.
Requirements:
Must have a current Cosmetologist License
Current drivers license and auto insurance
Provided by Agency
Background Checks
Drug Screen
2 Step Tb skin Test or Chest x-ray
CPR *We can set up for volunteer, unfortunately we do not have a budge to pay for this for volunteers, This usually cost around $30- 35 dollars. We will also accept an online CPR certificate.
