At ChickTech, we believe every girl and woman has the right to fulfill their true potential. Through a variety of confidence and skill building experiences, we uplift and empower girls and women through the lens of technology. In the end, our goal is to get and keep girls and women in high tech and show them they are capable of doing - and being - anything they desire. Through service across the country, community members are joining us to bring these experiences to the girls and women who need them the most.

Our Design Lead and members are an integral part of the chapter’s ability to effectively communicate with local community members and organizations. Through sharing our brand in the best way and creating good experiences, our members help us grow our community support and outreach to help as many high school girls and career women as possible.

The perfect candidate for a Design Team Member will be organized and a team player with skills in graphic design and content generation. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills, work with a passionate group of volunteers, find a great mentor in design working in the Bay Area and build your portfolio!
