Anxiety In Teens is seeking a seasonal social media manager to publish and grow all social channels across our niche brand. As a digital mental health resource serving teens, college students and parents, the primary focus will be social media strategy and day-to-day management of content calendar, marketing campaigns, social promotions and contests tied to reducing stigma, sharing resources, and encouraging our followers with funny and uplifting inspirations.

Duties:

• Create content, publish and grow our primary social channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.
• Plan and execute editorial social calendars, and directly engage with Anxiety In Teens fans via social media platforms, fostering one-to-one conversations and relationships
• Utilize knowledge of the overall social landscape, trending topics, and leverage latest social media best practices in order to provide ongoing thought leadership
• Acquire, retain and aggregate user bases relevant to our brand

• Must be excited about reducing stigma and spread the word about mental health resources for teens, college students and families!
• Self-starter, extremely organized, detail oriented and collaborative
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in marketing or communications
• Sense of humor yet compassionate and socially aware of sensitive mental health topics
• Ideally 2-4 years of experience in a social media marketing role
• Strong writing, copy editing and social content development skills
• Passionate about social media, online communities, and connecting digital content to the overall public relations and marketing strategy
• Expertise in social media tools, platforms, and best practices including a strong working knowledge of social media publishing and monitoring tools (Hootsuite, Google Analytics)
