A Greet and Escort team member welcomes patients and visitors, and escorts them to the appropriate locations via walking or wheelchair transport. Team members also provide assistance by answering questions, providing directions, and explaining hospital policies such as parking, visiting hours, cell phone use, smoking, etc. May be asked to relay information from the department to the patient/family.
