Weekend Shift Coordinator will reside in home for the full duration of the weekend schedule (Friday 5pm through Monday 9am). Must be reliable and dependable to assist guest residents living in a 24hr/day maternity group home; transporting resident to ER (when needed), dispense medications, planning fun weekend activities for residents, answer office phone (take and retrieve voicemail messages), transport residents to Saturday or Sunday service, maintain daily Resident Progress notes for each resident's activities/behavior, ensure residents maintain cleanliness of home (at all times), provide for the day-to-day activities of the home and care of the guest residents, implement and enforce Lois' Lodge House Rules but above all...HAVE FUN!!! Need to have good driving record, background check will be conducted and current physical. This position can be a paid position at $11/hr (no pay for sleep hours;11pm to 7am).

The residentsat Lois' Lodge receive housing, food and health care. They are also provided with spiritual and emotional guidance as well as education and support in regard to their parenting options.
We seek to create an atmosphere where women experience positive and healthy relationships.
Our volunteer program is designed to compliment the services which we provide to our clients. It is our goal to match the volunteers God given gifts with our varied needs so that the experience is rewarding for both the indivdual and the ministry.
