Union Station Homeless Services is seeking volunteers for Masters of Taste 2018! It is a premier food and beverage festival held at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena CA that is our largest fundraiser of the year! We are specifically looking to recruit for the following roles that will greatly help our mission and drive the success of our event:
Set-up:
7:45AM: Check in
8AM-12PM: Set Up Shift
- Deliver materials to each station
- Set up vendor booths in preparation of event
- Assist vendors with load in
- Assist with unloading supplies
Breakdown:
6:30PM: Check in
7PM-9PM: Clean Up Shift
- Assist with loading USHS truck
- Check out vendor stations
- Throw away excess materials
- Assist vendors with load out
WHEN: Sunday, May 6th, 2018
TIME:
- Set-up shift: 8:00am-12:00pm
- Clean-up shift: 7:00pm-9:00pm
WHO: Any active volunteer 21 years of age or older (must provide proof of age at check-in)
WHERE: Rose Bowl Field
HOW TO REGISTER: Please respond to volunteer@unionstationhs.org or reply to this email if you are interested in volunteering. Please make sure to indicate what shift you prefer and at least two of your preferred positions (if applicable).

Description
We need volunteers to help support our kitchen staff with cooking, serving, and cleaning. Volunteers are integral to providing much needed donation items to our clients.
