The American Alliance of Museums Annual Meeting and MuseumExpo is the largest gathering of museum professionals in the world. Approximately 5,000 museum professionals are expected to attend at the Phoenix Convention Center. Attendees will participate in sessions, events and discussions.
Volunteers are needed as Session Volunteers, in Registration, as Greeters, international Lounge volunteers, in the MuseumExpo and Bookstore and much more. Times offered range from 1pm-5:30 pm on Sunday, May6; from 7:30am-5:30pm on Monday, and Tuesday, May 7 and 8; and from 7:30am-2:30pm on Wednesday, May 9. Orientation at the Convention Center will be held on Thursday, May 3 from 4pm-6pm or remote orientation if offered on April 25. For more info on how to sign up and/or questions in general, contact Jan Stonebraker, Volunteer Coordinator, volunteers@aam-us.org.

Description
AAM recruits over 400 volunteers for the annual meeting. Volunteers provide hospitality and transportation logistics and assist AAM staff with educational programs.
