We are a thirteen year old organization that has been fortunate to have a stable, long-standing administrative team and ongoing success. The Board of Directors is responsible for the higher level oversight of the total school operation. This includes academic goals, mission alignment, budget (projections, approval and monitoring), human resources, legal matters, resource allocation and overall charter school governance.

We are a humble, hard-working, dedicated group whose sole purpose is to serve the entire Northwood community- children, families, staff, neighbors. Our goal is to assemble a group with diverse abilities and perspectives to collectively maintain the momentum we currently enjoy. It is important to know that in this role you are deemed a public official and, in this capacity, are legally and ethically bound. Newly appointed Board members are required to file a Pennsylvania Statement of Financial Interests (SOFI) Form annually.
