Are you looking for ways to use your sewing skills to help families in the St. Louis area? Volunteer to make Memory Pillow covers for people who have recently lost a loved one! We are looking for volunteers with basic-to-intermediate skills in sewing and some sewing supplies (sewing machine, scissors, thread, etc.) to make pillow covers from the favorite shirts of people who have recently passed away. The bereaved family will provide the shirt, and we can provide instructions for making the pillows. This volunteer opportunity can be done from the comfort of your home, at times which fit your schedule, and is a great way to provide comfort to people who are grieving a loved one.
