Each year, thousands of people across the country join the Bike MS volunteer team. From planning event details and calling past participants to providing safety and support for riders at the event, volunteers make Bike MS happen, and are the foundation of why Bike MS is the largest cycling fundraising event in the country.
Your participation in helping make our events successful will drive MS research forward faster and deliver services to those who face the challenges of living with MS daily.

Riders can choose from a variety of route options both Saturday and Sunday, up to 150 miles, and enjoy complimentary meals and entertainment throughout the weekend.
Set-up starts Noon on Friday, August 23, Bike takes place Saturday, August 25 and Sunday, August 26
There are many Volunteer opportunities and shift times available on Saturday and Sunday: Rest Stop Hosts at various locations along the route; Set-up Friday afternoon and Tear-down Sunday afternoon; Cheering for Riders at the start and finish line, Hospitality; Registration; Photographers; First aid tent, etc
Groups, Families and Individual Volunteers Welcome! High School students- we love you! Younger volunteers are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian. REST STOPS - great for a group, can decorate and/or display banners of your organization- schools, families...
All volunteers get a Volunteer T-shirt- and lots of gratitude! You are invited to share activities and meals all weekend.
