ORGANIZATION: All Saints Church Foster Care Project

  • 14 people are interested

Many caregivers often lack the time and/or resources to nurture the academic success of abused and neglected children. Tutors with the Violence Intervention Program work with children, ages 4-18, in a variety of subject areas to help ensure their success in the classroom. Tutors must be at least 16 years old and commit to at least one hour per week that matches their assigned student's schedule for at least three months. Tutors are placed with same student throughout the duration of their commitment.
