Looking for volunteers to assist in planting trees. An overview of the day and how to plant trees will start the day at 8:45. Please bring your work gloves, a labeled shovel & rake if you have them, and wear clothes you can work in. Experience in tree-planting not necessary. We will work until 2:00 or until the planting is completed. Water & Refreshments will be provided. You must pre-register by calling or e-mailing.

Description
Harrison Township Beautification Commission creates and maintains community gardens throughout Harrison Township. They have regular annual events including a litter pick-up, plant exchange, Great Gardening resident garden recognition, Garden Tour, tree-plantings, and Veteran's Memorial Program. They also conduct a Sculpture Donation Program, with plans of installing sculptures throughout the community.
