We need Hospice Bereavement Volunteers to assist in the following areas:-
1). Work closely with the Bereavement/Volunteer Coordinator
2). Assist with calling bereaved families and sending out Bereavement mailers
3). Visiting Hospice Patient's and offer companionship through reading, singing and storytelling.
4). Assisting with office work

Our goal is to ensure they are supported in every was possible. we respect and hold dear the momentous significance of our goal, knowing that they are there to empower the individual and their loved ones. Their empowerment begins by receiving the services, information, and support they need to make informed decisions about their care. We know that Hospice neither hastens nor postpones the end of life, but rather it affirms an individual's journey. through personalized services and a caring community, individuals and their loved ones can attain a degree of mental and spiritual preparation for their passing.
