-Receives all monies and pay bills. Keeps copies of all receipts, deposit slips and checks written. Responsible for maintaining and balancing the checkbook.
- Distributes annual dues notices to membership, including reminder notices as necessary, at beginning of new fiscal year. Receives and deposits all dues monies.
- Files/renews any official documents that may be required from time to time (biennial Legalized Games of Chance License).
- Prepares annual operating budget to be presented at the first Board meeting in October.
- Prepares a current Treasurer’s report to be presented at all Board and General meetings. Copy to President and Recording Secretary.
