This volunteer role entails working with the local staff to schedule and then execute opportunities to do outreach in the community with the ultimate goal of recruiting teams and survivors for our events. We would also like people who are comfortable tabling at health fairs and speaking to groups.
Ideally, these volunteers will help us reach new populations which they belong to.
If there are opportunities to help within the office, the local staff partner will inform volunteers and request help.
Please note many of the health fairs and speaking engagements take place within Essex County, New Jersey.

The American Cancer Society's Relay For Life of Kenilworth is a unique volunteer driven event, unlike any other. Community participation is essential to insure the success of this annual overnight event that raises awareness and funds to Finish The Fight against cancer in our lifetime.
