Mission Statement

We provide a monthly resource & outlet for the local Fashion Community to come together, practice their trade, and build their local Fashion Industry the 2nd Saturday of every month. AE has produced Chance Fashion every month for a consecutive 6+ years, and is now the longest running monthly fashion event in the country. Our annual monthly Event Calendar includes all types and genres of Fashion in order to include all shapes, sizes and styles. Chance Fashion also supports other Fashion Shows, Non-Profit Fundraisers, and regularly coordinates Networking Events, Photo Shoots, and other opportunities dedicated to Fashion Artists. Ticket sales from each event are distributed on a Talent-First payout policy to ensure Participants are compensated before any of the Event Staff or Organizers.

Description

Chance Fashion’s mission is to provide a platform for emerging, established, and unconventional fashion artists alike to thrive without being limited by their background, outward appearance or prior experience. Designers, models, hair stylists, makeup artists, and photographers are encouraged to refine their skills through participation in our monthly events, facilitating the transition of artists from amateurs to professionals. Throughout the seven years of our existence, Chance has continuously given opportunities to fashion artists who may not have received them otherwise.
