PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The role of the Administration Assistant is to assist Finance and the programs team with administrative tasks, volunteer screening and data maintenance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the programs team with school bookings and recruitment of schools by email and phone communications
- Scan and enter Police Record Checks (PRC) and Annual Offence Declaration (AOD) forms into the Salesforce database
- Filing and updating the PRC and AOD spreadsheets
- Entering and checking client data in the customer data base software
- Assist with the organization and building of program material kits and packages for day programs and events
- Various other tasks as required
