If you are in the Greenville/Greer area, Crescent Hospice volunteers can offer their time and support in a variety of ways. Volunteers can assist with administrative work; filing, assembling patient charts, preparing admission packets, and helping with the assembling of patient gives. Description

Just as every person is unique, so is every hospice patient. Our care plans are tailored to meet the needs of each patient and family. The Crescent Hospice team includes physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, hospice aides, and volunteers.

Hospice services include comprehensive medical care; pain and symptom management; grief/bereavement counseling, emotional and spiritual support; placement of medical equiptment and supplies; and assistance with dailiy living needs.

Hospice provides family-centered care that includes the patient and their loved ones in the decision making process. We have locations throughout South Carolina.
