Sophie's Mission is looking for volunteers to help spread the word about Sophie's Mission. Our outreach volunteers will be responsible for contacting local senior centers, libraries , and other agencies by telephone and then delivering flyers for them to hang up.

Mission Statement
By providing struggling pet owners with pet food and pet supplies, Sophie's Mission hopes to reduce the amount of owner surrenders to local shelters, and let the truly homeless pets find homes.
Description
Sophie's Mission, Inc. is a non-profit mobile pet food and pet supply pantry that provides pet food and pet supplies to pet owners that have fallen on difficult times. We provide assistance to these owners once they fill out our application. Sophie's Mission is for all pets not just cats and dogs, like many people think it is.
Recently, we have started partnering with local animal shelters and will provide them with supplies and food if they tell us they are in need. We want to help as many pets as possible and cannot do it without the help of our volunteers.
