We have a variety of volunteer opportunities, which I will list:
1. set up in the morning (putting chairs out in front of stage, and setting up tables and chairs for lunch. 7am -11am
2. putting out signs and helping with traffic flow 7:30am -10am
3. Cake cutting and serving 12:30pm-2:30pm
4. taking down chairs and tables, clean up after event 1pm - 3pm
5. removing signs, traffic control 1pm - 3pm
6. children's games and activities 11:45am-2:30pm
