ORGANIZATION: WGBH

Description: Set in Concord, Massachusetts, Louisa May Alcott’s semi-autobiographical story Little Women is a universal coming-of-age story published in 1868 that remains one of the most widely read novels of all time. Join us to screen the first hour of Masterpiece’s new three-part televised adaptation of Alcott’s classic before its national premiere on May 13. After the screening, there will be a panel discussion featuring Jan Turnquist, executive director of Alcott's Orchard House museum in Concord, and John Matteson, professor of English at John Jay College at City University of New York and author of the 2008 Pulitzer Prize winner for his book, Eden's Outcasts: The Story of Louisa May Alcott and Her Father.

Position/Shift:
-Registration using an iPad (6:15-9pm)
-Food Host (6:30-9:30pm)
-Greeter (6:30-9:30pm)
-Usher/Mic Holder (6:30-9pm)
-Photographer (6:45-9pm).*Photographers, please send samples of your work.
