Nearly 4 million babies are born in the U.S. every year, and each one needs us. Join more than 10,000 people and 300+ teams at the Greater Twin Cities March for Babies walk at Mall of America in support of moms and babies. The walk raises money for March of Dimes to continue to work to give all babies the best possible start. Come help us fight for the health of every mom and every baby as we hope, remember and celebrate on April 28th. Volunteers will help with set-up and walk-day activities. Volunteers will also receive a T-shirt.

March of Dimes leads the fight for the health of all moms and babies. We believe that every baby deserves the best possible start. Unfortunately, not all babies get one. We are changing that.
Today we are stronger and more committed than ever to guiding moms through every stage of the pregnancy journey. We are fighting for the smallest among us and advocating for their health each and every day. And we do so with the tools, technology and knowledge needed to build a brighter future for us all.
