Crisis Helpline Volunteer- make a difference in our community by learning to answer our crisis helpline. This is an exciting venture to learn a valuable skill that can save a life or make a huge difference to somebody experiencing a crisis. Training is provided and free. Crisis Helpline Volunteers are extremely important and needed in our community. Call to find out more: 239-649-1404.
This is great for personal growth/ academic experience, service learning hours, resume material, and potential for excellent communication and relationship building skill development.

Description
Project Help Inc, acting with dignity and compassion, can work to ease the pain of those who have been affected by rape, crime, or loss of a loved one. Trained counselors are available 24/7. Our services are free and include rape crisis and sexual violence programs, sexual violence forensic medical exam program, crime victim/homicide survivors program, survivors of suicide program, community crisis debriefing, sudden death notification, court advocacy, sudden death grief crisis resource, support groups, and individual and family counseling.
