The Supportive Care Services Foundation is a non-profit organization that was created to provide education to families of the medically underserved with culturally sensitive and linguistically appropriate health education and assisting, our community members with dignified discussions on advance care planning and life affirming goals of care.
Our vision is to become the primary educational resource for assisting those medically underserved members of our community with greater access to competent care and support for their families as the face the uncertainties in life transitions.
We are looking for volunteers to assist in the office with answering phone calls, organizing events, training new volunteers and providing support to families.
