Compassionate Care Hospice is looking for volunteers in the Savannah area.
Volunteers provide respite, companionship, emotional support and other supportive tasks, to patients in their homes.
No experience necessary, full training is provided. Just bring a compassionate heart and a desire to help others. Hours, days and frequency are flexible.

Description
Compassionate Care Hospice provides palliative support and comfort care for persons in the final stages of life.
With the help of our services, most patients are able to remain in the comfort of their own homes. We also offer care for patients in nursing homes and other facilities.
The hospice team includes nurses, physicians, social workers, chaplains, counselors, home health aides, and trained volunteers to help patients and their families live as fully and as comfortably as possible.
