Description

Sojourn Hospice, a program of Healthy Living, Inc., is a hospice serving Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties. We are dedicated to supporting individuals and their families on the journey through the final stages of life. The physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental challenges specific to this experience can be overwhelming for the family and the person with a terminal illness. Sojourn Hospice volunteers receive specialized training in providing compassionate presence and practical support to the individual and the family. Simple human kindness is especially valued and appreciated in these difficult times. Providing even brief moments of relief for patients and their families is so needed and appreciated by those receiving End Of Life care.
