Do you enjoy the benefits and feelings that come from listening to music? There are Hospice patients who do as well that could benefit from your musical talents. Music therapy has many benefits for our patients. It is used within a therapeutic relationship to address the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of individuals. Music therapy can have many positive results especially for patients with Alzheimer's and Dementia. Even patients who are in the late stages of dementia can have a personal connection with certain music. Music therapy is a great way to connect with others and we need caring volunteers like you! Come share your love for music with hospice patients and help someone in need!

Contact us at mpoupore@homesteadhospice.net or (864) 288-5136.
