There is gender gap in STEM fields. Overwhelmingly, men represent the majority of careers in STEM and computer science today. Our program helps to fill in the gender gap by providing hands-on workshops on computer science to young girls. Please visit us at https://girlcoders.net to learn more about our program.

We are seeking people to design the curriculum for our workshops. The workshops are two hour long, fun, and require no coding experience. The curriculum includes, but does not limit to:

  • Swift or Swift Playground
  • Thunkable
  • Kodu
  • Raspberry Pi
  • Wearable Tech
  • C++
  • SQL
  • R
  • Matlab
  • PhP
  • Wix
  • Illustrator
Ideal candidates should have experience teaching computer science to kids, or are high school or college students with first hand experience on above programs, Please contact us at info@girlcoders.net if you are interested in helping on our program.
