When onboarding your first assignment will be to start a fundraising campaign. Haiti Now will provide further guidance for you to have a quick and successful fundraiser.
Role brief: As a lead conversion specialist you are required to develop strategy for lead conversion in collaboration with our marketing team.This is a virtual volunteer opportunity where you can work on flexible timings (but should be able to dedicate 7-10 hours weekly and be able to attend team calls)
Responsibilities:
* Develop a Lead Conversion Plan including Donations Solicitation Strategy, Qualify, Present, Nurture, Transaction, Follow-up and CRM Plan (Salesforce).

Qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in advertising or marketing.
* Familiarize with inbound channels, value proposition and our Salesforce to create a comprehensive lead conversion strategy
* Experience or knowledge working in an Non-profit or social issue preferred.
* Knowledge on Databases
* lead conversion experience preffered.
* Minimum volunteer hours expected: 7 - 10 hr per week.
