Seeking JW House Ambassadors to represent us in our community

JW House is a home away from home for families facing medical crises in the Silicon Valley. Located on the campus of Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara, we provide overnight lodging and day use services to families and individuals with loved ones in all local hospitals.

As we approach our 10 year anniversary (an exciting and big year for us!), we are looking for a couple volunteers to represent us in the community as ambassadors. These volunteers would spend some time learning about JW House, our services, and our operations, and then share our mission with the community at community events, corporate volunteering events, farmer's markets, etc.

Ambassadors should be comfortable engaging with people, meeting new people, sharing our story, and in some cases, presenting to small groups (i.e. churches, schools, or office teams interested in learning more about JW House). Availability would be on an as-needed basis, so flexibility is ideal.
