Northwest Parkinson's Foundation is seeking a dynamic and detailed-oriented Special Events Intern for Summer 2018 to assist in Walk for Parkinson's and setting up our annual Dinner & Auction!
While interning at Northwest Parkinson's Foundation, you will gain a basic understanding of fundraising event planning, logistics, and database management as a member of a tight-knit and dedicated team.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with event logistics, including but not limited to: participant registration; item procurement; vendor communications; setup and teardown; and guest attendance
- Maintaining relationships with donors and clients through donor communications
- Implementing and supporting use of peer-to-peer fundraising and event technology, including Raisin, DonorPerfect, and Greater Giving
