Making Strides Against Breast Cancer is a noncompetitive walk to help fight breast cancer and provide hope to people facing the disease. Your participation as a volunteer will support the American Cancer Society’s lifesaving research, prevention, early detection, and support programs for thousands of patients and their families.

Entertainment & Activities:

The Entertainment Lead/Chair primary responsibility is to secure entertainment for walk day. This entertainment may include an emcee, DJ, band, solo performances, dance groups, and cheerleaders. This entertainment can take place on the main stage of the walk and along the route (if possible). They will also work with their ACS staff partner to incorporate the entertainment into the program/route, to develop an entertainment prospect list, recruit and secure entertainment, and oversee the execution of entertainment on event day.
