ABOUT THIS EVENT

Join us for an evening of stargazing! Look through telescopes set up in the exploration station's parking lot and catch a planetarium program about exoplanets. The Library and Exploration Station will also lead hands-on activities.

Volunteers will assist with one of the following:
1. Life in the Extreme Activity--interactive activity grouping organisms by similar environments
2. Imagining Life Activity--activity where audience will draw an environment and invent a living thing that could thrive in it
3. Ice Orbs Activity--audience will investigate a frozen sphere and objects hidden inside the sphere
4. How Do We Find Distant Stars Activity--demonstration of stars with planets and the 'wobble' it creates
5. Refreshments--2 volunteers needed
