You can make a difference! As a Hospice Plus Volunteer you can provide companionship to terminally ill patients and their caregivers. Patient companions allow caregivers a much needed break from their daily routine of caring for their loved one. Whether they need to leave the house for errands or go into another room. Patient companions sit with the patient and provide socialization, read, or play games. If you are interested in becoming a patient companion volunteer, contact Brandi Chargois at brandi.chargois@curohs.com.
