Our goal is to recruit 10 US-based professionals, social entrepreneurs, civil society organizations, government officials and policy makers, healthcare providers, educators, political and business leaders are invited to join our diverse and influential network.
Through this fee-based program, TSDI builds a pool of mentors and funding for our international partners. We connect these professional, business and nonprofit leaders with a two-person team made up of a US-based peer and an SI4DEV partner abroad. Members will work with their teams, ambassadors and other volunteers to develop or expand new and existing projects.
Member mentors pay membership fees and are entitled to attend the annual general meeting and vote/contest for executive officers (qualifying levels determined by board). Members are experienced professionals and are encouraged to mentor our volunteers (TSDI Peers and SI4DEV Partners) with a minimum of one hour each month. Below are membership levels and dues.
Benefits: All Members will receive branded referrals and introduction letters and a member price for events, including for annual conferences, summits, retreats, etc. They will also be able to submit articles for our blog (subject to editorial guidelines) and advertise jobs, volunteer and board opportunities, events and announcements on the TSDI website and social media.
Members who qualify as mentors and currently mentoring peers and partners will receive tools and resources such as capacity building workshops, peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, resources on best practices, strategy planning, etc.

The Spring Development Initiative (TSDI) is an international organization committed to empowering young leaders working towards increased citizen participation in governance, and improved health, economic and educational attainment in their communities. We provide training and development, mentoring and collaboration, and access to scholarships and investments.
