Ring in Spring with a community ivy pull in Damascus!
Join the Clackamas River Basin Council, Dig In and St. Paul of Damascus Lutheran Church for a morning of pulling the invasive plant English Ivy. While beautiful to look at, English Ivy competes with native plant species, weakens trees, and disturbs natural ecosystem processes. Removing the ivy is the first step in restoring this part of our watershed!

At SOLVE our mission is simple: Bring Oregonians together to improve our environment and build a legacy of stewadship. We do that through facilitating hands-on volunteer opportunities across the state that help to remove litter and restore native habitat through out our natural areas and neighborhoods. The majority SOLVE events are created and led by local volunteer leaders with a stake in the health and strength of the local community. We also offer a wide range of volunteer opportunities from one time participation at a local event, to leadership roles on a local of regional level. We look forward to connecitng with you soon to help care for an outdoor area you love in Oregon!
