Chelsea Public Schools is currently looking for 12 adult volunteers to help us during
Chelsea Back-to-School Celebration on August 23rd, 2018. Some of the responsibilities include:

- Welcome families
- Help families with questions and directions
- Assist in setting up for the event
- Facilitate a smooth flow of people in and through the premises
- Manage Volunteer Room
- Manage backpack distribution
- Manage bounce houses
- Assist community organizations
- Immediately report any incidents to event organizers
- Photographer/videographer

** There is also an opportunity to host certain activities in the courtyard to engage children and youth.

Requirements:
- Attend a 30-minute orientation
- General knowledge of facility and event layout
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Work as a member of a team
- Preferably bilingual
