Many assignments available including registration, route monitors, set-up, clean-up, food distribution, water stations, and more!
You are the POWER in the movement to end lupus when taking part in the Walk to End Lupus Now fundraiser, you experience firsthand the power of the movement to end lupus.
The event will feature a 2-mile walk on the beautiful Oak Leaf Trail which starts and ends at Hoyt Park. Following the walk enjoy entertainment by the band Close Enuf, a Children’s Art Tent, a snack, and a Warrior Tent showcasing lupus patient’s stories.

Mission Statement
The Lupus Foundation of America, Wisconsin Chapter, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization that strives to support individuals and families affected by lupus, increase awareness; and to support research efforts which improve diagnosis and treatment, and ultimately find the cause and cure of lupus.
Description
We provide educational materials, support group meetings statewide and information on our website for lupus patients and their families, plus medical professionals. We provide newsletters, take part in health fairs, sponsor an annual Lupus Medical Symposium to heighten awareness of lupus.
We have funded local research through the Medical College of Wisconsin and at UW-Madison. Research is also funded at the national level through our national office, the Lupus Foundation of America.
