CoachArt matches kids impacted by chronic illness with volunteers who work with them 1-on-1 to teach them an art or athletic activity.
One of the main hurdles we run into? Volunteers don't think they are skilled enough for a child to want to learn from them.
A CoachArt kid near you wants to learn from you if you can:
- scramble an egg (cooking lessons!)
- passed 9th grade English (creative writing lessons!)
- can make a free throw (basketball lessons!)
