"Road Runners"

As a "Road Runner" volunteer, you will assist festival exhibitors and Balsam Mountain Trust with assorted tasks as assigned. This may include the following:
- Temporarily relieving exhibitors
- Assisting with craft activities
- Retrieving materials and/or delivering them to exhibitors and/or Trust staff
This is really a "will be assigned duties as needed", but you will be required to make occasional rounds to check on exhibitors and assist them in any way possible (above). "Road Runners" will most likely be busiest in the early morning and less so in the afternoon. Shifts are as follows:
- 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
- 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
- 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Description
The Trust team works at the Nature Center on Balsam Mountain Preserve, where we house a collection of animal ambassadors that we use for environmental education. Our volunteers are an invaluable asset who provide excellent animal care and share our passion for the natural world with the community.
