As a "Great Horned Owl" volunteer, you will help us achieve the heavy lifting of setting up our festival! This species of owl can carry away quarry nearly 3x its weight, thus, a heavy lifter!
Duties include the following:
- Setting up exhibitor stations (10-15)
- Setting up volunteer "nest" where refreshments, sign in sheet and clipboards will be available
- Setting up World Migratory Bird Day table at the entrance and helping arrange its contents in a presentable fashion

Description
The Trust team works at the Nature Center on Balsam Mountain Preserve, where we house a collection of animal ambassadors that we use for environmental education. Our volunteers are an invaluable asset who provide excellent animal care and share our passion for the natural world with the community.
