Seeking experienced WordPress developer(s) to convert existing site from SquareSpace to WordPress. Also add additional functionalities, such as those typical of crowd funding sites (adding new donor recipients, adding "teams," tracking balances, etc.).
Fundamental requirement to avoid dependency on fee-based collection services. This spec probably achieved through use of existing plug-ins available on the open market.
Preference to not use hosted template.
Site aesthetic appearance is flexible.

The Grid Effort is a non-profit 501(c)3 charitable organization whose purpose is to help individual cities to protect themselves from assaults to their electrical power grid from natural and man made electromagnetic pulse.
