Volunteers are responsible for raising and lowering the United States flag, the POW/MIA flag, the state of Minnesota flag and the city of Burnsville flag at select locations throughout the city of Burnsville. Flag Volunteers will raise and lower the flags on designated holidays and as set forth in Federal, state and local proclamations.
