Walk With Sally

Male Mentors!!
We Need You!

When Cancer hits the family it changes everything, especially for the child. Walk With Sally is dedicated to providing free mentoring and support programs and services to children whose parent, guardian or sibling has cancer or has succumbed to cancer. No one should face a loved one's cancer alone. We are looking for mentors to provide hope for these children, ages 7-17, and their families.

Become a Walk With Sally MALE Mentor

We are in high need to male mentors! We currently have 10-15 boys in your area on a waiting list waiting to be matched with an amazing mentor just like you!

To become a mentor you must have lived with or lost a parent/ sibling to cancer or are a cancer survivor. You must be able to commit to the program for a minimum of 1 year. The hours shared together are 6-8 hours per month. All mentors must successfully complete and application, interview and background checks.

The location listed above is not exactly where you will be volunteering. We have children on our waitlist all over the Greater Los Angeles area and create listing for volunteers near where we have children in need of a mentor.

Please contact info@walkwithsally.org for more information or submit your interest through Vol Match. Please feel free to check out our website at www.walkwithsally.org!

Mission Statement

Walk With Sally provides hope through our individualized mentoring and community support services to empower children experiencing trauma through a parent, guardian or sibling's cancer journey.

Walk With Sally believes no child should walk alone in the face of a loved one's cancer journey. Because we don't want cancer to define or limit children for the rest of their lives, we create hope, healing and a supportive community through individualized mentoring, which transforms the lives not only of the children, but also of the families impacted by cancer.
