Walk MS is a charity walk series that takes place in over 550 locations with more than 330,000 people participating annually. We've been walking since 1988 and have to date raised over $920 million to drive groundbreaking research, provide life-changing programs and guarantee a supportive community for those who need it most.
Volunteers are needed for tasks including volunteer check-in, site set-up, registration, working at the food station, distributing t-shirts, working in the kid's zone, site clean-up, and more!
Each volunteer will receive a free volunteer t-shirt, snacks and drinks, and confirmation of volunteer/service hours.

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society funds more MS research, offers more services to people with MS, provides more professional education programs and advances more MS advocacy efforts than any other MS organization in the world. Through its home office and fifty-state network, the National MS Society provides assistance to over a million people annually in its continuing mission to mobilize people and resources to drive research for a cure and to address the challenges of everyone affected by MS..
The South Central Region, headquartered in Houston, TX is made up of five states: Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Texas, and New Mexico.
Seeking out and engaging volunteers to join the movement is at the very core of our organization.
We engage volunteers at every level. Join an event committee, volunteer at a walk or bike event, advocate at the capitol, volunteer at our office, no matter how you choose to contribute, you are doing something about MS now!
The Society is looking for passionate volunteers with expertise in areas such as: marketing communications, public relations, corporate and donor development, medical, legal, administrative and organizational expertise.
We are always looking for volunteers who want to share their time and talent to help stop MS!
