WHAT: Camp Ehawee Pop Up Work Day. Be a part of the exciting face lift of the Stry G.I.R.L. Experience! This work weekend will focus on inside work!
WHEN: April 21 9am to 5pm
WHERE: Camp Ehawee, N9581 Wild Road, Mindoro, WI 54644
WHO: Seeking volunteers ages 18 and up--focused, self-starters who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get a little dirty! Painting and light construction abilities are a plus! We need people who like organizing, sprucing up a space and can be decision makers. Creativity and fun loving is always desired.
WHY: Walk away from this experience knowing you’ve impacted the thousands of girls who will attend Camp Ehawee, parting with lifelong memories of their time here. Learn some new construction skills! Practice those decision making abilities and organizational skills. Come with friends and experience the lifelong bonds that volunteering creates!

Mission Statement
Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.
Description
Founded in 1912, Girl Scouts of the USA is the preeminent organization for girls with a current membership of 3.6 million girls and adults. Volunteers use their expertise, skills, interests, and life experience to shape fun and enriching leadership experiences for girls, and inspire them to reach their personal best. Volunteers help council staff facilitate the New Girl Scout Leadership Experience to girls through exciting program opportunities: leadership/self-esteem, financial literacy, travel, health/wellness, science, technology, engineering, and math. Volunteers choose from several flexible Pathways (the ways that girls and adults join Girl Scouting) that fit their lifestyles, including short-term or long-term service working either directly or indirectly with girls, and they can participate regionally, nationally, and internationally.
