We are so excited to share some opportunities to help you further your passion to build girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place. Together we can raise awareness of our mission and invest in all girls’ futures!
WHAT: Chefs, cooks and kitchen assistants needed! Help feed 200+ campers over the course of a weekend. An easy to prepare menu and all food will be provided for preparation in a fully equipped kitchen. Great way to gain real life, large group cooking experience. Culinary students are welcome! Transportation to camp and food/lodging can be provided.
WHEN: April 27 3pm until April 29 3pm
WHO IS NEEDED: 2 or 3 volunteers, preferably with food preparation/safety skills
WHERE: Camp Ehawee N9581 Wild Road, Mindoro, WI, 54644,
WHY: Directly impact the camping experience of over 200 campers making lifelong memories! Practice large group food preparation and kitchen skills.

Founded in 1912, Girl Scouts of the USA is the preeminent organization for girls with a current membership of 3.6 million girls and adults. Volunteers use their expertise, skills, interests, and life experience to shape fun and enriching leadership experiences for girls, and inspire them to reach their personal best. Volunteers help council staff facilitate the New Girl Scout Leadership Experience to girls through exciting program opportunities: leadership/self-esteem, financial literacy, travel, health/wellness, science, technology, engineering, and math. Volunteers choose from several flexible Pathways (the ways that girls and adults join Girl Scouting) that fit their lifestyles, including short-term or long-term service working either directly or indirectly with girls, and they can participate regionally, nationally, and internationally.
