Special Olympics North Carolina is looking for a Volunteer Coordinator in the Forsyth County area. The Volunteer Coordinator will assist with the volunteer management and recruitment program under the direction of the Local Program Coordinator. Initial orientation and training will be provided as well as additional assistance throughout the year.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit volunteers via phone, social media or email.
  • Help volunteers sign up online for specific shifts.
  • Attend appropriate committee meetings and select events as needed.
  • Evaluate and assist with the volunteer planning, goals and objectives.
