Since 2015, Cultivate has been the premier Farm Based Therapy outpatient program in the country offering services for adolescents and adults. What started as a couple of clinicians looking to challenge the status quo of mental health, has become a living farm where individuals come to heal and grow in Bolton, Massachusetts. In 2017 Cultivate became a nonprofit organization to fulfill our vision of Care Farming in America and increase access to these lifesaving programs and became Cultivate Care Farms, Inc.
We are looking for a Volunteer Bookkeeper to join the team.
Full charge bookkeeping
Accounting software programs Excellent Excel skills Your duties will include: Assist in preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts in Excel under the direction of the board’s finance committee Perform all bookkeeping transactions, including tracking unpaid bills, writing checks, preparing bank deposits and entering all transactions into QuickBooks Upload transactions with all appropriate accounting codes using Excel Do monthly bank reconciliations Maintain accounting files including bank reconciliations, deposit records, paid bills, etc. Prepare quarterly sales tax reports and very simple payroll tax reports Prepare weekly reports cash flow reports and monthly financial reports Management of donor database in Greater Giving
