Thanks for checking out the "Site Visits and Data Entry support for Facilities Team" volunteer opportunity. This opportunity entails accompanying our Facilities Team on site visits to our Clubhouses in San Francisco, recording data and measurements, and then entering that data into our Facility Database. Even though you won't be working directly with youth, you will have a big positive impact on the lives of San Francisco youth just by supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs. There will be one site visit per week on Thursdays from 10am - 4pm, and that's the volunteer time frame. We would like someone who could come to at least 3 site visits on a weekly or biweekly basis. This is an excellent volunteer opportunity for people interested in Operations, Database Management, Facilities Management, and more. I've listed more details below. - Time Commitment: go to at least 3 site visits. This can be on a weekly or biweekly basis
- Days and Times: The site visits are on Thursdays from 10am - 4pm starting in April
- Location: You'll meet at Don Fisher Clubhouse (380 Fulton St / San Francisco) and then you'll accompany our Facilities Team to the site (they will drive)

Part of the community since 1891, Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco (BGCSF) currently serves more than 1,800 youth (ages six-18) per day. We have more than 5,800 active members and serve more than 18,500 youth per year at 14 program sites-including eight Clubhouses located in the neighborhoods with the fewest resources, four school-based sites, one park, and Camp Mendocino - a 2,000-acre residential summer camp that provides a creative and fun outdoor experience for youth. We are open "when kids need us most" - after school, on most school holidays and during the summer. We offer safe places where young people can learn, grow, and succeed.
